You can delete your eSIM directly from your device settings - just go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > eSIM and remove the profile. To cancel your plan, contact our support team and we'll handle everything for you.
Currently, PlanB focuses on local Israeli connectivity. International roaming packages are coming soon! In the meantime, you can keep your Israeli number active and receive SMS/calls while traveling.

Re-issuing depends on how the eSIM was removed: If deleted properly via Wi-Fi, the first re-issue is free. A second re-issue in the same month costs NIS 25.
